I’m on a 1TB iPhone 15 Pro Max running iOS 17.6.1 and this app crashes upon opening. I can not use it at all despite having uninstalled and reinstalled on a number of occasions. Disappointing to say the least. The actual website is not much better. The fact that this is my business website host and email provider, yet their own public interfaces are challenging to access at the best of times, for me and anybody else experiencing the same issues as I continue to, boggles my mind. Having said that, the phone service and support I have received every time I’ve initiated contact with the company is exemplary. Just get the app sorted, and improve the website access i.e. remove the ‘gear stick’ landing page which seems to be totally superfluous, and I’m sure things will improve.

I’m tired of having to add emails to apps. I understand that simply tapping a few links will take you to the emails section, this would save the need to add emails to apps - and potentially save the need to double up when needing to change passwords. If presented with a ‘Check emails’ link upon opening the app with faceID, it would be excellent.

After a recent update, all I got was a blank screen. This happened on both my iPhones. Difficult to contact developer to report the problem too. I just gave up. Glad to say that the App is now working again. Just wish it was easier to report the problem to the developer in the first place.
