Can’t Log In
I tried logging in multiple times, changed my password multiple times as well, uninstalled and reinstalled but still does not allow me to log in. “membership number or password is incorrect”. Even called customer service but the issue is too technical they can’t help me. Don’t know what to do.

Absolutely none sense to DL this app by force.
They emailed me to download an app to not wait for the claims! This is not the correct way morally, and irrespective of customer service.
“We are experiencing a high volume of enquiries, and this is causing unfortunate delays.

Just stopped working
When I try to start the app it says “no internet connection” even though I have internet
