I’ve been a noodle crew member for quite sometime for noodle box, and the move to concept ate had been a terrible decision.
The app works fine and the ordering process is quite slick. But the rewards for using the app is a joke.
Noodle crew used to give you 10% of your order back in virtual currency to use on your next order. It was amazing and kept me coming back for years.
Concept Ates loyalty program requires you to spend $200 to get a $10 voucher. $200.
I don’t think I’ve ever seen a loyalty program do something that cheaply.
Either increase the points you get for making a purchase, or lose me and many other regular customers for noodle box. Which would be a shame.
Terrible offers system
App functions but the offer system is the worst thing I have ever seen.
Offers within the app can’t be used with app orders and must be used in restaurant but not only that, restaurants won’t allow you to place a phone order then scan the offer when you come to pay and pick it up. You must place the order instore to use the offer so when it’s busy and they have a 40min backlog, you must sit and wait to use the offer because you can’t call your order ahead.
Just terrible all round.
Only got me troubles
First time I used the app I order a delivery and I had to go to the store to get my order completed.
Now I was charged on my card and received a message telling me my order was canceled but my money weren’t refund. I call the store and they don’t know what to do and can’t give my money back.
That’s so stressful. Please contact me and tel me what to do to have my money back.
