The app is good other than your payment method options (or lack there of) limiting the option to card only really impacts my ability to pay it on time as it does not allow me to select an account that will always have money in there. Please consider what payment methods you have.

I have signed up with Fetch from the start just over a year ago. My dog got sick and i had to take gim to the emergency hospital and he was kept there for 24 hours.
