Frustrating Crashes

Any chance you can have an app that doesn’t crash all the time. At least two to three times a day the app will crash while I have it paused for a minute or two and reboot.

Also, when I watch a show why can’t I keep watching from where I left off. I have to work out where I was up to which is so frustrating when I watch a show on the way to work and want to lock it up again after work.

Developer Response ,

Hi there. Try deleting and re-installing the Flash News app, and check for any updates to your OS. If the issue persists, reach out via the app support button for further assistance.

Hard to explain! Some suggestions for consideration

Great work so far. I’ve signed up for the complimentary 6 months, hopefully by then there are more improvements to be a paying customer.

I really enjoy the content, especially Bloomberg. However, tuning into AusBiz for example, I can’t at a glimpse see what show I’m watching. I.e I’m currently watching “The Investment committee” however can’t’ see that in the title until it’s broadcasted (within the content)

May I suggest we make segment information available? And how runtime the segments will be running for? May be useful.

May I also suggest a more comprehensive and detailed guide so we can see what’s coming up? As “Live” doesn’t quite offer a lot of context.

Looking forward to see how this goes! Keep it up.

Good content but crashes too often

I have updated everything and it continues to crash sporadically. It comes up with a message saying “ take two, try again” and actually blocks me from going back or doing anything further with the Apple TV, unless I get out of it all together. Pretty frustrating and may stop me proceeding beyond the trial. Shame, as there is great content we would like to watch.
