Interact with energy
First app that I can see and interact with my energy at home. I can see my usage live, change my power and know if it’s costing or saving me money. It links to my solar project showing what’s gong on.
Few areas for improvement - but great to use.
Super useful tool for managing my energy use
My partner and I are big greenies, so were super excited to be joining Flow Power. The app has been an awesome tool for showing us when to use our big energy use items - laundry mainly! I love the traffic light system. Makes it super easy to plan ahead. Nice to know we’re saving money and the planet too! Highly recommend :))
Very disappointed with Flow Energy Hub and responsiveness of the service team.
The service team has been unresponsive to most of our queries, and the hub takes far too long to connect to the meter. This defeats the purpose of having a smart monitoring system when it can’t provide timely data or assistance. Hoping for improvements soon.
