Console Tenant makes it easy to raise and keep track of maintenance jobs at your rental property. Got a leak in the bathroom? Write a request, add a few photos, then send it off to your agent with the press of a button. We make it easy to keep up to date with important tenancy related highlights, such as updated maintenance requests and recent rent, bond and invoice payments. Console Tenant allows you to: • Raise maintenance requests, including photos and notes about the problem. • Check the status of your request for updates from property managers. • Track past maintenance requests, including those raised by other tenants. • Easily make invoice payments. Would rather a website for most things

While taking photos in the app for the condition report was a nice option it was annoying not being able to see it on a large screen (computer) before submitting. Also I can no longer see condition report in app and never received a final copy nor had an option to download or export. Photos taken in the app aren’t able to be saved to the phone simultaneously.
Would rather a website for most things

Not Designed for Tenants

This app is an absolute horrific experience for any tenant. Obviously it was designed with property managers and landlords in mind, because tenants don’t even get notifications for maintenance request “updates” (which also can’t be seen), and don’t have any ability to add comments or replies when the maintenance issues are downplayed/ignored/not fixed. This app just lets agencies remove tenant emails from their inbox and let them stew in this useless, placating sandbox. There have been suggested features in reviews from years ago (with positive developer responses) that still don’t exist because the app isn’t about us. They don’t care about our experience which is why it’s a buggy, feature-poor app. If you’ve had to download this for your rental lease I’m sorry, it’s not going to get any better.

As a tenant, console tenant is fairly easy to set up..if that’s all you need to do. As other reviews have stated, it doesn’t make it easy for tenants to track maintenance requests etc. Additionally, you should really always be able to see a copy of your contract in there.My rent has also just gone up but the app is bugged and won’t allow me to update my payment. It shows up a darkened screen as if it is loading something and then that disappears and nothing happens. Has the potential to be good but just isn’t at the moment.

Submitted a maintenance request on a Tuesday but nothing happened for three days until i checked again Saturday and the app said the request was created only 1 day ago. So what happened between Tuesday and Friday? The maintenance request just sat in limbo?Do not use this app. Maintenance request added to app 3rd March, kept checking app request but absolutely no follow up. Final check of app on 21st March to find the maintenance request was closed 3 days ago. Received no communication through the app or from the real estate office through the whole process. Deleting the app today. Submitting through the real estate again 3 weeks later. Deleting useless and time wasting app now.
