Great app and idea but on my iPhone XS Max pressing on the X in the corner to close the screen fails to work and only after 5-6 attempts does it seem to work . Also opening the app from the search screen makes the back button inoperable as it overlaps with the return to search screen button. Would be great if these UI issues could be fixed. Detracts from the experience.

The app on face value looks good but when it comes to ordering and placing the order on the app it just has a loading circle without being able to exit the screen even though money has been withdrawn from account and the order does go through to the kitchen. It’s rather frustrating due to the fact it’s meant to make things quicker and easier yet it’s the exact opposite.

Hi TheMigetTWC - this is mainly due to an internet connectivity issue with 5G networks. Unfortunately some of our restaurants have small internet black spots which can cause 5G connectivity issues. The best way to avoid this is to use our Free WiFi. If this occurs again, please screenshot and send to lovelyrewards@pancakeparlour.com with your member number and we'll look into this further. Apologies about the inconvenience and we hope to see you again soon!

Impossible to join their rewards program. Phone number field does not accept the standard format for mobile number. Error is ‘does not match pattern’. It does not explain what the pattern should be. Try various ways with no success. There is also not an option to join via the website so you can then just log into the app to make life easy. The app and website has not been created for the customer.

Hi Handsomebrad - we do have a validation message on our phone number field which states to enter in format 614xxxxxxxx. You can also access the same way via the 'sign in' button in horizontal navigation menu in the header of the page.
