Hi, Merry Christmas. After many years of constantly being told that I am not a member and the difficulty of trying to have the Myers representative “to try to find my Myers one membership number” I was informed to down load the Myers app as this will be easier to “find me”. ?Upon downloading the Myers app this morning I started with the disappointing ‘sion in’??Honestly…how can a customer that you already have be confident in your Myers One membership. There are constant errors and mistakes made and being that we as customers need to be aware of any differences in apps etc to ensure we are clicking on or downloading the correct app when Myer One are making mistakes in the download of there own apps how as customers be confident in the entire process. Myer One need to finally…get their bugs and problems rectified. We are bombarded with emails and yet when we are simply trying to purchase and item or redeem a voucher the entire process is frustrating beyond comprehension. Please….go into your own Myers One app and rectify the immediate problems in trying to sign in. It is getting that frustrating that this Myers One customer is ready to shut my shopping at Myers and go to another opposition company who doesn’t have as many problems occur and is much easier to navigate. Whilst I understand that the app needed to have a shopping component, the loyalty program features have gone backwards. It took so long for Myer One to add in a feature where you can search your purchases instead scrolling through all your purchases. As a customer, how would I know what the product is named/tilted in the system to even look out for? Also, a lot of the older generations are the ones that only recently adapted to the app, now they have to try and navigate a more complex app where their purchases records are user friendly for them to get too. The one thing that this app is lacking when compared to that of the other main department store franchises is a barcode scanner. With the lack of staff members in store and you having to take the item to a counter to find out if it is on sale (there can be a massive cue too), having a barcode scanner in the app like Coles, Woolies, Big W and Kmart should have been implemented.

Hoping your corporate app team read this review. I logged in to my Myer One account after many years. No prompts to check the contact details. I purchase something and nowhere does it prompt you to check the delivery address. Once the order was placed I received an email where it had the old delivery address on it. I tried to change it to no avail. I call the call centre apparently it’s impossible to update the delivery address even though confirmed that it wasn’t yet sent. I was given incorrect advice saying to wait til it was posted and I could go into the app and redirect the delivery address..of course you can’t! You know why…because your app sucks…so does your service! So now I have $200 worth of goods sent to an old address. I don’t know what to do about that other than I suppose to cop the loss? What do you suggest? I think your tech team need to rethink your app pathways. I’m very unhappy from someone who purchase twice a month from Myer I will be rethinking purchasing from online or the app ever again.

This update today is okay, but could be made better with further adjustments and enhancements clearly needed. The MyerOne Card opens now with the close X button hanging too low at the bottom of the screen to close on iPhone 11 Pro Max, can you please adjust this please. And it would be appreciated if you could Please bring back Apple Wallet support for Rewards and also to add MyerOne Card to Wallet, fingers crossed. Thanks.Update* I don’t know if you fixed the issue internally from your end, but it all works correctly now and looks good, thanks. Also, I wanna reiterate Apple Wallet support “Please Bring it Back, it would make this app so much better, it’s what most Apple iOS iPhone users want these days. Everything in their Apple Wallets, makes your physical wallet lighter too. You’ll get 5 Stars when you implement Apple Wallet Support!!
