The old app was really good, but most of the functionality is gone in this new app.It basically just acts as a web link to the desktop website. I have no idea why they would update their entire app and regress so much by choice?

Octopus group touts itself as the best platform for making money for completing surveys however the app fails to work more than it does work and there’s rarely if ever any actual surveys to do that work at all.As someone struggling with the cost of living crisis I thought I may as well try this to make some quick cash to help cover the cost of essential. The problem is you can’t make cash without any surveys so if you need cash quick this isn’t going to help you do that.In my experience it seems octopus group is all talk with nothing backing it up.

Yes they make out how great & good they are on all perspectives, but there far from it, they can actually completely revoke your account without any notice & take all the monetary incentives you’ve accumulated, then tell you they’ve done it, because supposedly a survey was answered in gobbledygook, which is usually a correct honest answer but not long enough explanation.But it’s ok that the surveys do the wrong thing as there making the big bucks no matter what, it’s easy to rip off the little people, that do all the work.

Easy to navigate the surveys and I’ve just received my first payment from them. Yes it takes time and you don’t get a lot of money but none the less it’s something. It took me 4 weeks to get $40 but I’m also hoping my opinions in the surveys help.
