Love app but new “Watchlist” function not complete

Love that you’ve introduced a “watchlist” like a favorites shopping list. But it’s so difficult to add items to this list. You can only add items to this list by pressing the love heart icon which only appears in a search result. If I am looking at items in my shopping list, I cannot “heart” them, or even if I click on the item listing itself there is no heart icon to click. Or when you click on an item from the catalogue, there’s no heart here either. The heart only appears in a search result. I have my own shopping list called “favourites”, and for me to add these to the new Woolworths favourites watch list, there is no other way than searching by typing each single one and clicking the heart icon from the search result. Can you please make the heart icon appear on each items own page and perhaps from the shopping list where you can add an item to another list by clicking the three dots where you can “copy to another list”, would be great to have an add to watchlist function from here. I have not been able to make use of this new function and make a watch list as I’d have to type out and manually search every product that I already have in my favourites shopping list

Love that you’ve introduced a “watchlist” like a favorites shopping list. But it’s so difficult to add items to this list. Scan and Go and Melb Square are great

We are fairly grocery store ‘brand agnostic’. Until recently we would switch between Aldi, Coles, Woolies and (less often than we’d like) the Vic Market. Years ago I’d favoured Woolies because of the good QFF point earn, but when that went, so did my loyalty. We just moved and our closest proper Woolies is Melb Square, which is massive, has varied and interesting stock (lots of specialty food and drinks - though unfortunately no chinotto), and has Scan and Go. Scan and Go has made shopping quick, convenient and - dare I say it - fun. Even though there is an Aldi and Coles equidistant to our new home, we have only shopped at Woolies since finding out about Scan and Go when visiting Melb Square. Suggestions: 1. Allow lists to be imported from the main app into Scan and Go. I can create a list in the main app, selecting Melb Square, but can’t view it while in Shop and Go. Shop and Go list doesn’t search products. 2. Bring chinotto to Melb Square to feed our addiction. Any brand is fine (I’m sure Woolies used to stock Bisleri and San Pellegrino chinotto AND Melb Square has a large stock of other San Pellegrino).

My previous review is below. Glad to say that the most pressing problems seem to have been fixed!!! Great work, full stars.Previous review:Scan and go - love the idea. But a few niggles/suggestions: • make it possible to send a shopping list to another person (think wife/husband scenario). • even better, allow to share a list, so while I’m shopping with “scan and go “, my wife at home can, in real time, change my list, for example adding other items we might have originally missed. • add “report wrong isle” function on list items. In my first use today there were 3 out of 20 items listed in the wrong isle. • not sure why, but scanning while inside “shop and go” was very flaky. I had to keep re-scanning almost every item 3 or 4 times before it scanned without errors. Seemed like the presence of the barcode numbers in the camera view was causing errors. No such problems when scanning products at home. Great potential, but needs improvement.

Catalogue Price discrepancy. Customer Service staff stumped!

I really like this app, it is easy to use and user friendly.I buy my groceries in store as I like to check the catalogues and find the best specials. The other big store app I use never showed prices after transferring to the list (although they do now with the recent update) so the majority of my shopping was done at Woolworths.Unfortunately their catalogues have a price discrepancy even though I have chosen the correct store on my app.Most times I will click on the special price and it is different altogether. Always higher.It has been an ongoing issue over the last few months.Today I decided to contact Customer Service online because three items in a row that I selected from the catalogue on my app, it displayed a higher price.I was told there was a problem and I would be connected through to someone else who could help me. I waited for quite a long time while a customer service operator could be found to help me. After some time my request was cancelled as no one was available.I think it is a little too hard to be fixed and I probably would have hung up too, but it’s so frustrating as I always preferred shopping at my local Woolworths store. They have better self service machines, more space to use them, better trolleys and the store looks cleaner and more modern.
