I looked at numerous platforms when starting my business. Tradify offered a one on one discussion when thinking about, they have amazing support and they listen and take note of suggestions. I didn’t get that from the others. There was one thing caught me out at times, (offline use)… they are aware and are working on solutions to this. Thanks Tradify team, I won’t be going anywhere with my landscape business as you guys rock.

For the love of God please sort out your app notifications! They're pathetic as they are. I've raised this repeatedly for 5 years. Please fix it!As it is currently :--Get notification on phone of a note in a job.-click on notification and it takes you straight to the notes section of the job but there's no way of knowing what job it's in without clicking out of the notes.-while reading the note I'll get a pop up asking if I want to look at a different job note. Press yes and it'll go straight to new job note so I don't know what job I was originally looking at. Press no and the notification goes forever with no way of referring back.What's the point of this useless feature??And don't get me started on the email notifications. If you opt in for them you'll also get spammed with emails every time you more a schedule 5 Min and then if you do click the link in the email you have to log in to the desktop version every single time for every link and the desktop version terrible on the phone.I'm sure nothing will be done about this as usual but hopefully others read this and don't use tradify because of it.

Hey there,We appreciate your feedback on this one and we can see how useful it could be to have a Notification log to go back to and view previous mobile notifications which you may have already viewed and then clicked out of the note from, so we have taken this feedback and passed it on to our product team to review for potential future updates as they continue to work to improve the system going forward to provide the best user experience that Tradify can.

We have been using Tradify for around 4 years in our electronic security business, communication between field and office staff made simple by fully customizable job status tags, quotes to invoices to service reports and critical job data (images etc) made a breeze.Only negative ( and it’s a small one ), would be great to have more of a CRM capability for financials and sales tracking.

I lover the app, makes my life easier. I’d really like a couple of things to be added.First the chance to upload pictures to the jobs so I don’t need to send them separately to my collaborators.Second a connections with the supplier so the prices of the products I am installing are always up to date (especially now that they are increasing pretty much monthly).Other than that I love the app, once these two feature are implemented you are getting my five stars!
