As reported by other users, the app is pretty slow.
I featured I would love to see implemented is to go on a waiting list for a specific casual or recurring spot and get notified when that becomes available, so that I can book it in, rather than having to check every day if a spot has become available.

I’m so sick of this software. If I had a choice to send my children elsewhere that use a better software like Xplor or StoryPark manage then I absolutely would. My biggest annoyance is with payment processing and the balance showing incorrectly. I can be several weeks ahead in payments but every time I check I still owe money, so I pay more again and I check back a few days later and owe more again. It’s extremely frustrating. I wish it would also reflect payments made instantly instead of waiting for them to fully clear on their end. The money leaves my account straight away so honour that otherwise it ends up taking a double payment if it’s too close to the scheduled debit date.

The functionality of this app is appalling. To not have it functioning during a period where parents need vacation care during January was an oversight and yet the problems persist. While I can amend my pre existing booked sessions to mark an absence, I cannot book a casual session and I get stuck on step 2 as it tries to configure. It is unrealistic and disappointing in 2024 that I have to consistently be calling OSH Club bookings regularly to arrange a basic casual session.
