Access to More but I want Moore
Provides great access to daily and monthly usage data - brilliant. Convenient access to monthly billing information - brilliant. But zero information on current tickets / issues open with Exetel or downstream provider (aka NBN) and zero information about current or schedules outages in area or for my service.
Excellent service
Well designed app that is easy to use; important information at hand; aesthetic design; 5 stars relates to service provided too — been with Exetel for 5 years now — best value and always reliable service. Was with Telstra and before that TPG; recently changed my Telstra mobile to bundle with Exetel. Telstra did not provide retention benefit, yet Exetel rewards long-time customer. Will remain with Exetel for foreseeable future. Cherry on top: just read an article listing Exetel as number 1 for having the fastest internet speeds relative to advertised speed. Keep it up.
Good with a few bugs?
Using Face ID is useless if the app logs you out and then the Face ID just errors and doesn’t let you get back in. Also changing your email in the app should change the login email. I shouldn’t have to use my old email to log into the account if I changed the contact email in the app.
Also the nbn co takes more than a few days to confirm whether or not we can use the service. Tempted to switch to another telco which can get things done faster and more reliably.
