Really, really average banking app
You can’t expect to retain customers when your app is this bad. There’s not even a notification when a new message has been received! Am I supposed to just login every few days and check? Seriously bad app.
Terrible App - FIX IT
So disappointed with useless, unprofessional app. I Always need to sign in twice because it wrongly claims I didn’t sign out previously. There is no Face ID and it takes ages to sign in. Using the New Payments Platform, I can only withdraw $2,500 per day. I am running down my balance so that I can move it to a bank that’s sensitive to RBA interest rate rises. MyStateBank used to be my bank of choice but I would no longer recommend it. Since this bank takes no notice of my comments, I now transfer $2,500 to another bank every time I receive a “Session Time-Out” message on my app.
Worst functioning app I’ve ever had.
This app has been nothing but garbage since I downloaded it. I can’t remember that last time it didn’t make me log in twice. EVERY single time I open it, I’m told I didn’t sign out properly and sometimes it will just say it’s unavailable and stay locked. So I have to restart my phone. Oh, and it freezes ALOT. I’ll log in and it’ll just freeze, so gotta restart the phone. Also, there’s no Face ID login. What 1880s cheese is that?
It’s all very strange cause the people on the call lines are usually very helpful and friendly. But this app. Nah.
