Over it

I’m so over the app not working to have ease of access to my accounts. I’m extremely frustrated. It’s been weeks since it has been loading issues. It’s more than frustrating I never know any other banks app being an issues. There are far too many sort it out. You send an apology email to say your working on it but nothing has been resolved I use bpay to pay my bills if I can’t access the app and internet banking is just as bad hit and a miss. Please fix this issues or I’m looking at alternatives banks.

Barely usable anymore

Hi Guys, sorry. I looked for a developer email address but couldn’t find one and I’ll happily update my review when the app is fixed. The entire left hand menu in the latest release on iPhone X is just... gone. The final payment confirmation screen is also unintuitive and while it shows the menu button on the top left I can’t tap it. Took me a minute to realise I can only leave that page from the button in the bottom right. The previous release had some major startup performance bugs which appear to have been somewhat addressed but was still the good old app that it was. My FaceID has also been deactivated but without the main menu I can’t even attempt to turn it back on. Worst time for it as well being the Easter weekend. Have loved the app up until this and the last release so I have faith!

Edit: Updating my review as the app came good on its own. Really appreciate the response.

Last update was terrible. Almost unusable

Update on 27 April: I got a message from the developer saying they know about the problem. Terrific! After 2 weeks nothing has been fixed. I have to continually reboot my phone for the app to work properly. People’s Choice claim to be member focussed, time for their board to seriously consider whether that is really happening. The problems with this app have been ongoing for at least 6 months. It used to crash frequently, now it just does not work properly as described in my initial review. It is just not good enough, we rely on these apps daily, it’s time to review the quality control processes as a matter of urgency.

Initial review: This app seems to be getting worse with each update. So bad that I might need to change banks if not fixed soon. The menu selection was simple and easy to see and find, now functionality has been reduced, menus are hidden and not logical.
