Disappointment!!
I’m very disappointed with your latest “upgrade” as well as your new web based desktop version. I can’t believe you decided to stop the old system immediately and upgrade without letting the customers to try it first!! You should have started in parallel until you resolve all the issues and get all the feedbacks, this is how a professional team will do.

Am stuck and can’t move my money
This is the worst digital banking i would give them zero if i can, very disappointing, i have been trying to transfer money from Alhairat account for several weeks now , but it always closing the app before completing the transaction. Am thinking of stopping my accounts with BBK if they can’t deal with simple process like this , we are in 2022 and digital banking is the most we consider
I can’t even use the website banking because it is linked to the app either

Very poor mobile banking
The worst ever mobile banking app and customer service, Since the launch of their new app and discontinuing the earlier staple version, I lost all the banking services such money transfers, payments…etc. even though I tried the web version and it had the same issue. Here is the problem, I raised a complaint and share the screenshots through the WhatsApp and after 2 weeks still they didn’t solve this issue. What a terrible experience I have with the BBK!
