Very easy and friendly either the app or the deal with the branches which is rarely need to go almost every single request you can do it on the app and I wish to be always like that ….the worst thing is that KFH Egypt I can say it is not belonging to this Bank and will never be it is the worst Bank I can ever deal with .. I don’t know how both banks are under the same name.

Extremely poor experience – Lack of transparency and consistencyI am very disappointed with the quality of service provided by this bank. There is a complete lack of transparency regarding their processes and policies. Furthermore, the customer every time I speak with a different agent, I am given conflicting information. The lack of clear communication makes managing transactions frustrating and unreliable.
