Doesn’t support ignite modem

Why would Rogers create an app that doesn’t support Ignite modem?? Yet still mention the benefits of the wifi app when marketing Ignite??? I was looking forward to having easy control to (dis)connect devices on my modem (I have a couple of teenage kids) but am truly disappointed in Roger’s customer service approach to timely support in their own apps.
