The Equitable EZClaim app allows Equitable Life group benefits plan members to get faster refunds by submitting claims from their iOS device. Simply sign-in to your Equitable account, complete the interactive form, take a picture of your receipt and submit. It’s that EZ!

I literally just take a photo of the reciept and check a few boxes and it’s sent. No drop down menus, searching for providers - quick and easy.

App isn’t bad but I wish it had options to save practitioners or make another claim under the same person instead of having to fill in every field each time for every member of my family. Very time consuming.
Claims aren’t submitted

At least 4 times now I have submitted my claim and it shows as successfully uploaded and after a few days check and no claim is there.

What’s the point of this app when most of the sections just bring you to your browser, which you have have resign in and do it all over again.
