TELUS Collaborative Health Record Connect allows patients to easily connect to their healthcare provider’s clinic and be an active participant in their own health journey. With TELUS CHR Connect, patients can book and manage appointments and complete pre-visit questionnaires on their mobile devices.

• Register as a new patient with participating clinics
• Book, manage and view your clinic appointments
• Communicate safely with your clinician through 2-way messaging

- We’ve improved the process of accepting invitations from your clinic with increased security, messaging updates, and a more streamlined flow.
- We’ve updated labels and messaging when connecting to a clinic.
- We’ve updated labels and messaging in the Profile and Add a child pages.

Not let me connect to my clinic. It says to call the clinic for assistance and they say to contact Telus. What a hassle. It worked fine before they had to change things again.
