TELUS Collaborative Health Record Connect allows patients to easily connect to their healthcare provider’s clinic and be an active participant in their own health journey. With TELUS CHR Connect, patients can book and manage appointments and complete pre-visit questionnaires on their mobile devices.

We’ve fixed a defect on the payment screen that caused text to overflow outside of the text fields when inputting your credit card information.

No needless complexity, works for all the basics and is quick to set up.
That’s more than a lot of other apps I use!
Issues with log in
Biometrics rarely works. Also the app has trouble loading after sign in. Only way to rectify is to delete app and reinstall. This sometimes needs to be daily. More work needs to be done on this app to make it more functional.

Cannot reset password
It just takes you to the App in the App Store repeatedly.
