Worst UI I’ve seen in a long time

Unfortunately this app is shocking.

Being able to graph my progress over time was the main reason I started using BodiTrax. Now you can only see the current year. We could at least have a more detailed web dashboard if you’re trying to keep the app minimalistic. When scrolling through data from different dates on any given stat, having the entire page refresh feels a bit jarring. Just updating the necessary numbers/data would feel more seamless. Setting a goal for a stat is an odd experience with the slider. Some elements could definitely be better labelled and arranged. I’m not even sure what I’m looking at half the time. (E.g on the compare page, I had no idea what the numbers you scroll through near the bottom represented until I went out of my way to read the info page - it should just be obvious) I’m also not sure I like the neomorphic design.

Listen to the users, please!

I have been an avid fan of Boditrax since 2015, and have even chosen gym memberships based on if they had a machine in their gym. So it's very sad to see them butcher what once was a fantastic app.

The data is all there, why have you created such an unusable and counterintuitive interface?

One, I am a data engineer so I'm wondering why weren't you able to combine the old database and the new one together?

Two, the interface is now so many clicks for so few information. I don't want to click into every single topic to get the basic info, let me see the stats at a glance and click in for more if I want more.

Three, why does the data cut off per year? Ignoring Boditrax 1.0 and 2.0 lack of integration, I completed scans in 2023 using the Boditrax 2.0 and now I can't see them anymore. What gives?

The tracking page is terrible, the scale is skewed so my progress looks like a straight line and again, I have to *click* into each one to find out the actual figures.

Four, why can I only compare my stats to my previous one? I scan regularly to avoid fluctuations but this isn't going to work if I'm just comparing to a scan from a few days ago.

Please, please, please fix your interface as you have such a valuable product that is being devalued by the awful implementation.

Shockingly poor functionality compared to it's predecessor

Bring back the the original Boditrax app. The beauty of version 1 was being able to look at graphs of longitudinal data and measure change over time. The data on the new app is capped to the current calendar year, in a minuscule sized graph with a Y axis of proportions that make reading the graph impossible. My data essentially looks like a flat line despite significant and considerable changes in measurements over the year. Alongside this, it is impossible to review any graph in terms of body percent composition as each graph default to weight only. This is less useful such as percent body fat which you cannot see on a graph. The app designers really need to rethink things here. The original app was good and with some tweaks could've been improved, however this version is a disaster.
