I ordered a print on Saturday night and realised on Sunday morning I had selected the wrong frame. I emailed the help email to ask if it was possible to change my order, not expecting to hear anything for a few days. But not only did someone get back to me that day, they immediately refunded my money and asked me to re-order. My chosen product was delivered on Tuesday and I was very happy with it. Great customer service is very important to me and due to this, I wouldn’t hesitate to order from FY again! Thank you.

I made several purchases using the Fy app and can’t say it has been a smooth experience. There are a number of technical glitches (for instance, when I click the track parcel link it takes me to a broken webpage) and often freezes while I am trying to view previous orders.

There is also a lack of transparency about items and fees post-Brexit. I’ve been unexpectedly charged over £100 to receive a couple of items that had no indication of being sent from outside the UK, including nearly £50 for one item that cost less than £135 and so shouldn’t have been subject to duty.

I emailed their customer service team about this a week ago and haven’t heard back.

I really love this app. I’ve already bought one piece of artwork for there and plan on buying much more. The item came in less than a week in perfect condition and I didn’t pay anything for shipping! There are always offers on items and it notifies me when my saved items are on sale too. There are a few shops which seem to have items out of stock for long periods of time but that might be down to the suppliers, not the app. Overall a great app!
