I migrated from the previous Geely IOS App to this one, first open and connection I was impressed, UI appeared neater and more considered however after 3/4 days the app doesn’t display my vehicles data or show an established vehicle > phone link, I can still see charging start & stop notifications, however nothing else at this time.
It works but it has some flaws

The app responds quickly to my requests and provides most, if not all, of the features I would expect from a modern car companion app. Remote functionsd are generally responsive, and having access to vehicle information and controls from my phone is very convenient.However, I find that some of the wording and terminology used throughout the app can be quite vague or unnatural. Some of the translations appear to have been taken fairly directly from the original Mandarin wording, which can make certain functions or settings difficult to understand at first. Clearer and more natural English terminology would make the app considerably easier to navigate.I have also experienced an issue where the app occasionally loses connection with my vehicle and stops displaying the car correctly. When this happens, I have to sign out of the app and sign back in before the vehicle reappears and the functions return to normal. This is particularly frustrating because the app otherwise responds quickly and works well when the vehicle is correctly linked.It would also be useful to have greater stability in the vehicle connection, so that the car remains consistently associated with the account without requiring the user to repeatedly log out and back in. Overall, the app has a good range of features and a solid foundation, but improvements to the English translations, terminology and account/vehicle connection reliability would make the experience much better.

Had the car a few weeks now and never been able to get the app to work, dealer says speak to Geely, Geely act like this is the 1st time anything like this has happened (only got to do a quick google search to see how much trouble people are having with the app) they keep saying someone from the tech dept. Will be in touch, they never do

I was migrated to this app from the previous app, it did work for a short while, now it will not show my car at all. I’m still reviewing push notifications for my car via the app, but cannot do anything else with the it…. Utterly useless and frustrating.
