Needs Apple Pay to make it seamless at checkouts
My previous company benefits app had Apple Pay at checkout so that a gift card could be created to pay at the till point once you know the total. Without this function the Hapi app takes too long for this to happen. This means most of the time I don’t create a gift card unfortunately :( this is a shame as the app has everything going for it except this letting it down.
Too Many Glitches
I decided to make my first claim using the App Claim Form.
First glitch-Tap outpatient and the form goes blank. Start again. Tap. Blank. Start again.
Forgetting the activity I set about adding my information, here I find ...
Second glitch-the form stretches too far to the right so vital questions and information cannot be seen so when I tap DONE the app is telling me it’s not all filled out, I eventually see I need to add phone number.
Third glitch-I can’t see the Search Address button until after I have gone forward and back through the questions a few times, then eventually the app picks it up.
Forth glitch- The date of birth counter will not save the date. I switch back and forth through the questions again, NOW I can add my DOB because I have managed to set my address. (2 glitches together here)
Fifth glitch-I cannot add any evidence files or photos because, like before, the form is too big for the screen and the buttons to hit are away off to the right hand side...not seen.
There may be more glitches but I couldn’t progress any further to find out.
Just so you know...I also tried to fill the form out on an internet platform instead of the app. Exactly same glitches.

Hi, sorry to hear you had difficulties with the claim form. Currently this isn't native in the app, its a web link, shown on the in-app browser. We are now working to improve the layout on mobile web for a future release. This will hopefully resolve any issues you have been experiencing.

Completely useless - AVOID
I purchased a Sainsbury's voucher to get 5% off my online shop and was not able to use it, because there is a limit to how much you can spend online (£50) using a voucher. I have now got a voucher for £112 (the cost of my shop), but am unable to use it as was forced to pay using another method. Called “Hapi” to arrange a refund. They have told me, they are not able to refund the voucher because of the terms of conditions. At NO POINT was I warned this was a non refundable voucher, and I am now out of pocket to the tune of £106. I have a lodged a complaint with “Hapi” about this, but they say they do not think I will be able to have this voucher refunded. What a JOKE.
