App worked fine

After reading some of the reviews I was dubious about using the App people saying their baskets were cleared and having to try as many times before they could place their orders to which I thought I cannot cope with that malarkey but I tried it anyway I placed my order paid through PayPal and wham bang it was done straight away first attempt maybes it’s the time of day I placed it 3.30am so not loads of people trying to place orders (just a thought)

Needs improvement

The app needs improvement, it took me 4 attempts and a long time to finally place an order. It kept crashing at the payment stage, and then my basket got cleared. It then magically reappeared after I exited and reentered the app about 5 times. The filter system is also a bit slow - every time I tag a filter, it loads for a bit, I then have to re-open the category to tag another filter. E.g., if I want to pick 3 brands, I will have to tag each one individually and keep re-entering the ‘brands’ tab each time. Overall, I love the products they offer and the discounts are great, but the online shopping experience is never quick and smooth enough. I hope that this is something that they will look into improving in the future, as I don’t want to stop shopping there.

Bloody useless!

You used to be ok, but since the update, if you want to reorder items from a previous delivery, they’ve made it just about as difficult as it can be. Once you have found your previous orders (in Accounts) you can reorder one item ok, but it doesn’t then take you back to your previous order page to choose another item; you have to find your way back to your account page, then old orders, then pick one more item, then start all over again each time. It’s completely ridiculous. On the odd occasion you do find the patience to get 4 or 5 items in the basket the app usually crashes and you have to start all over again. It’s quicker to get in the car and drive to the bloody shop! Not good enough H&B, not good enough!
