Amazingly cheap but needs support for Apple Watch

I love iD. It’s cheaper and I always get 3/4 bars in my area. 2 at least. All the network needs is Apple Watch cellular support. All it takes is to add the SIM as an eSIM.
This way more people will purchase a sim, meaning that iD gets more money to improve the service and we get even more great features. It should only be like 10/15£ extra to add it to the data plan. Double the data or an extra 1.5 GB for the watch and a portion of the minutes and the texts to be used on it. I’ve waited for months and this is that time that I am finally putting my foot down. I am fed up with being ignored and tossed aside with a simple, ‘we might add this’. You have to do it. For your customers. For your reputations. And if that doesn’t get you running, for your money.

Sorry for the long rant, but the conclusion is, I like it but just add Apple Watch support and we’d love it.

Could be good if...

As a new customer registering for the first time you could easily mis-type your new password & be locked out forever.
You are only asked to type it ONCE before proceeding.
Other apps require you to enter passwords twice as a double check & if the two don’t match its start again.

I won’t be using the app much because there is no way I can remember the complicated password which has to include a capital letter lowercase letters, a number & a symbol.
I have this stored at home but I am often away.
I don’t see why a password is needed just to view my allowance usage.

It could be made so that you only need a password for other options such as ordering add-ons etc.

I have an iPhone X so the fingerprint recognition is useless.
Why does this app not have face recognition. It’s been on iPhones for some time now.
If the above items had been there I would have given it 5 stars.

For iPhone X. In ID app go to menu
(top left of screen)
Select-Login Preference,
Select-Finger Print Login.
This actually also enables Face ID so why doesn't it say so ???
Come on ID mobile just add 3 words— Or Face ID. also add this to the set up screen for new customers like me.

App was great however...

The app used to be great with my iPhone 6s and displayed all the information I need quickly even if it didn’t have some advanced features. However last month I got an upgrade to the iPhone Xs and I just downloaded it and it’s quite disappointing.

It’s not optimised for the screen size of the iPhone X, Xs or Xs max meaning it’s not very user friendly because of black bars at the top and bottom of the display. And the added Touch ID support is great but it doesn’t work on the X Xs or Xs max as they have Face ID.

An optimised interface and Face ID support would make it a great app again!
