Use your existing AJ Bell Investcentre login details to access our app, and:
- amend contact details like your telephone number, mobile number and email address;
- view your current address, beneficiaries, adviser details and nominated bank account;
- view and download key information documents, such as T&Cs, charges, and key features documents; and
- trade in shares, funds, ETFs, bonds and more if your adviser has set up an execution-only Funds & Shares Service account.
- set up Face or Touch ID for easy access (all information is sent and received securely using 256-bit SSL encryption – the same high-level security as our dealing site);
You can also use the app to keep up to date with:
- the current value of your account (this information can also be downloaded into a PDF statement straight to your device);
- any linked accounts you can view;
- information on the underlying investments in your Funds & Shares Service account;
- your cash statement and transaction history, which can be downloaded into a PDF straight to your device;
- secure messages; and
- important documentation, such as reporting statements, contract notes and payslips.

Since the last update the app has issues when logging on, often refers to security token issues and hangs with ‘securing device’ message. Kill the app and try again always works, but wasn’t necessary until the most recent update.

Can you please change font colours used to define the Portfolio Total as hard to read - can you also show gains in green and losses in red ? Thanks and hope an easy and quick fix ?

I like the app itself as it is quick and easy to get a quick snapshot of the values when it’s working properly but now I have to keep turning the iPad off, turning it back on to get it so I can log in. Something to do with Auto Log Out it appears. The problem being is that Securing Device doesn’t happen.

The major thing missing from this is any info on total holdings over time. You really only get a snapshot of today’s total. Individual fund performance over time is useful but why no total fund performance? Does not really give me much utility.. I am not going to bother an IFA for a monthly report or remember to go and check totals on the same day each month and do a spreadsheet! Disappointed.
