Whether you want to earn rewards for your shopping, grab and go with our Click + Collect service or just browse our menu – we’ve got you covered.
We’ve also added some handy extras like a new and improved Shop Finder to make getting your Greggs fix even easier, no matter where you are. And there’s a brand-new Greggs Wallet which stores all your ways to pay in one handy place, including the option to ‘auto top-up’ so you always have money to spend in Greggs.
How does it work?
Easy, just download the app for FREE to get in on the action. In your app you’ll get 6 different stamp cards, one for each product category - from sandwiches to sweet treats. Each time you buy a product in a shop or through Click + Collect, you get a stamp. Collect 9 stamps in a category, and the 10th item you choose in that category will be on us.
If that wasn’t enough to make you smile, as a thank you, we’ll send you tasty treats and little surprises, like a FREE sweet treat on your birthday. Because you know, we’re nice like that :)
This is defo one of the best in Scotland if not it is the best they are so friendly and great with all the customers the staff that’s on most mornings when I go in is Susan and Elain they never let the shop down I only really eat vegetable bakes they have one ready and hot every morning for me going in at 7 they never let me down the shop is always well stocked and clean I travel allRound Scotland for work and honestly there are some not so very nice staff in some of your shops but I just avoid these ones.It was just a review to say all the staff in the Larkhall Greggs are 5 star there isn’t any bad ones they allGo the extra mile to keep the customers happy and coming back thanks again to all the Larkhall staff

I always went there 3-4 mornings a week until a few weeks ago. All staff were lovely and friendly. Food was on time as I order online. I didn’t have a problem at all until assistant manager or manager ( not sure which one she is) blonde woman. Firstly.. She did my order wrong, then she put my baguettes, 3 boxes of yum Yum’s, orange juice, coffee on the counter. Forgotten what else I had. All other staff always put it in bags for me. I asked her if I could have a bag please. She completely ignored me and went to serve someone else. I asked her 3-4 times for a bag as I couldn’t carry all the stuff I’d got. Another member of staff gave me bags. The blonde was ignorant and arrogant. I didn’t go in for a while after apart from the next day to report her to a staff member and told her I was reporting her to Greggs. I went in last week or week before as I ordered on my night shift for the morning. I picked up my order at 7.15am. Got home and had a bite of my bacon baguette and I was nearly sick as she ( the blonde again) had put butter on my bread. ( I can’t have dairy products) I had put no spread on the order. I rang the shop and it was the blonde that answered. I told her about the butter but 3 times she said it didn’t say on the order. ( strange how the other staff don’t put it on) it’s on the order for them ) I repeated myself to her but she just kept saying it wasn’t on the order. I told her I had also taken a photo of the sticker on the bag which showed I didn’t want butter on. No apology or to bring it back and I would get another. I’ve never had to report anyone in a shop I’ve been in. She is ignorant and her customer service is disgusting. They have lost a good customer.

I agree with other reviews about minimum top up. I have often not been able to pay via the app because of that. I now have £8.80 left on the app with no idea when I will be able to visit Greggs again. I will also lose the rewards I have because of the month to use by. That is extremely poor on Greggs part. Keeping my money and also making me lose rewards. It is impossible to visit Greggs everyday when unemployed. They don’t care about that. They have the audacity to only allow a minimum of £5 on top up. So that means probably earning interest on my money how mean is that. You have to contact customer service for everything nothing can be done via the app at all. Not helpful at all then. However their customer service isn’t that good. All in all this is a scam of apps. I change my previous review to this one. Greggs needs to do better and stop being so mean with rewards length and so high on top up. Not all of us are made of money. Like Greggs seem to think. All in all why have an app like this scam of an app. Not happy

A great fresh eating in or take away food shop, value for money and Britain's favourite and traditional bake! Haven’t did that, it is disappointed that some shops have soya milk and others don’t but oat milk only. It should be a consistence across all Gregg’s shops. Soya milk is widely in demand than oat or almond making competitors such as Starbucks and costa ahead of the game. It will be great to see Greggs taking this on board, the vegan and lactose intolerance people that already are Greggs fans will not have to buy their drink else where after getting their bake from Greggs. Anyways, I love Greggs; it has been my first love (food) affair ever!!!🙈
