Since the app has had a re-design it has been awful. The app still isn’t configured and optimised for the new-ish 14 Pro/ Pro Max phones, the “use current location” tab hardly uses current location and will need to be manually input. The Menu freezes numerous times whilst trying to scroll through and the sign in/register page will just randomly appear and disappear when in use. Hope it’s fixed soon.

It keeps saying that my favourite shop had shut down but checked it out on internet and hasn’t it won’t let me carry on. Previously would prefer if you could scan the points from the recipet on the uk version as the self service kiosk doesn’t have that option or to apply discount when ordering

No longer registers stamps

Good benefits if you can get the app to work, but sadly that isn’t the case. Filling the first stamp card meant you had to go to the till, not use the screens. Now that I’ve filled the first card - the stamps no longer register? Despite asking and being assured that the stamp would arrive because I’d scanned my app (“it just takes a while to come through”), it hasn’t shown up more than four days later. No point in having the app if it doesn’t actually work in-store.

Still yet to be able to scan the membership card when ordering let alone redeem any offers. When scanning the membership card when ordering the machine consistently just gives an error. And clicking the offers within the app shows no items found despite showing on the Home Screen….
