I downloaded the app ahead of attending a match, when then on Wi-Fi or mobile data it was just completely broken, just fixed on a empty screen unable to do anything, was very disappointing since I couldn’t use mobile ordering. Fix it please.

Every time i have come near this app i have problems- can’t buy tickets i want, can’t see them, can’t claim them (should use your laptop not your phone)Last year i bought at the ticket office and waited whilst operator printed out ticket after ticket until she sent for the supervisor who managed eventually to sort it. This year i wanted to sit next to my son who is also a member but had to drive to his house to do this simultaneously because of data protection. I feel like a post master faced with a distant Horizon at times. Am i alone? Have the powers that be ever thought of testing as a user?

Downloaded the app to use for tickets and ordering drinks, food etc but it was, at best, poor and at its worst completely useless and frustrating. Just blank screens on every option. On Day 5 of the Ashes test it wouldn’t even work to share tickets when we were at the hotel with good wifi. They kept announcing at the ground that you could use it to report bad behaviour via the customer services link on it but there was no such link showing on the app. Maybe it works when the ground is empty!??

I remember spending ages booking tickets last year. Just the same this year - over an hour and gave up finding the tickets I wanted. Initially app did not show buy ticket page; then I registered an interest in Test tickets and a new page I had not found appeared. When I selected an area, instead the app only offered me the family seats. Ended up ordering the tickets on the web interface. Which based on today’s experience means I won’t be able to use the app to find them later. Total waste of time.
