Amazing Washing Machine plus the user friendly App

I have owned a number of washing machines since turning into an adult and needing to do grown up chores like washing and stuff. So I decided that my replacement one, it had to be dad cool and make my constant washing clothes less of a bore and something that would improve my busy lifestyle and family life. So being able to control it via my phone is a game changer. After extensive browsing I found this make and model and joking aside with the social lifestyle most working people live now, having the ability to do this remotely and with so many options available it really is brilliant . Not only is the brand the best I’ve owed, this app is super user friendly and with its top tips and recommendations it educates you enabling you to save money, energy usage and if you are environmentally conscious this too. If you are like minded in researching prior to purchasing and doing your homework then look no further I will never opt to another brand when this reaches its end of life. I hope this review helps someone decide to opt for this brand. I am confident that you will be as equally impressed as me and the benefits of what some may say is a gimmick idea when it’s quite the opposite.

Connected to Hoover Washer Dryer easily then was absolutely blown out my mind to see the additional programs I can use (89 in total). You can choose to either have a Wash Cycle, Dry Only Cycle or Wash and Dry Cycle. Each program explains what each wash does and you can customise the program to include extra Spin, Dry, Steam etc. You can literally put your washing and detergents in the machine, flick the dial to wifi mode and control your washing while at work, shopping or out. Never thought as a Man I’d get excited over doing the laundry but it really is washing made easy. 👌🏾Adding to my review now that I’ve been using the Washer Dryer via the app. There is now 93 wash programs, 27 drying cycles and 48 wash and dry cycles. All these are customised settings for whatever program you choose. I don’t even bother with the dial on the machine as the programs on the app do much more than the limited selection you get on the dial. I used the Bed Linen program to wash my bedding which was filthy and they came up absolutely spotless then dryed them out using the Bed Linen Dryer program which did an amazing job of drying out my bedding.Can’t recommend using this app enough it’s that good 😊

READ the full review! I previously gave up on this app it wouldn’t connect to the internet for some reason even though the wifi details were correctly entered. It crashed several times. It was an absolutely nightmare trying to set it up, in the end it didn’t work I gave up on it. The wash machine failed a couple months later and I returned it. It looked like a 1 star app.HOWEVER. After getting a replacement machine. The app connected smoothly to my phone and it’s is very pleasant to use. I particularly like that it has many programs but it keeps a history of the ones you actually use and the fact that it sends you a notification when the wash machine is done so you can schedule a quick spin or a drying session. It has many features and the app looks cool and very promising so far. I would now give it 5 stars.

Useful for monitoring during a cycle

The app has just died! I’m unable to access it (I have a screen saying the app is unavailable and nothing else!! Prior to this, the app was OK for monitoring a load in progress, but there are flaws which make some of the outputs unusable.. such as only showing the stats for washing as one bar which appears to Group the wash cycles for one day and makes up a number for them.. e.g. two different cycles with two wash load maximums, show as one cycle with 50% of full load, when both were maximum load for that cycle! Wash times shown for each cycle are noting like reality.. the eco 40-60 cycle has taken over 5 hours (!!!!!), so I’d love to know where the cycle times have been calculated from (I have checked pipes for blockage etc etc but the machine is new and freshly plumbed in so I know that’s not the issue)!! It would help if the app summarised the total cycle time as this disappears once the cycle is done! It’s got to the point that I have to delay start until 1am as I can’t rely on stopping within my economy 7 window asking for an end time through the app. The recently introduced energy use window is useless for this reason too! The main use I have for the app, is to select wash cycles which don’t exist on the machine itself, but to be honest, this is just a gimmick as it’s just as easy to select one wash cycle which gets used every time when loading the machine (as I haven’t found an app to to that yet!!), and when the app is working, to monitor the energy and water use afterwards (when the app is working being to operative phrase)… please fix the app and if possible, could you make it actually control the wash cycle rather than just monitor it, as these long wash times are ridiculous!!!
