Pretty useless so far

Bought tickets via the event organiser’s website; who use Ticketek. Event was cancelled. Had to install this app to get a refund ( can’t do it from the web portal for some reason) … but then the app reports the ticket can’t be returned at this time, please try again later. On the plus side, their support site works OK and they then processed the refund directly within a couple of days

There is a large volume of people complaining about Ticketek and lack of refund/being unable to rebook tickets cancelled due to poor weather. I am honestly disgusted at how difficult this has been. Cancelling on the day as we were on our way (early due to weather and having a little one who we have to stop with) is not the first time this has happened to us, it’s actually the 3rd now. But I understand the weather cannot be helped. They sent us the process of how to exchange tickets/get a refund which was very easy to follow however as soon as you click ‘exchange’ on the app it comes up with an error message and says to try again later. I have tried hundreds of times, and I get the same message every single time! The app is useless as is their costumer service! Avoid

Can't access your tickets on web, and when you try to add them to your Apple wallet from the app it just doesn't work.My event has been cancelled and I've been offered to exchange my tickets. When I try to do it from the app, it just keeps loading the the available dates, so can't do anything. And of course you can't do it from the web.
