I have detached house the camera showing the full drive and little bit more to the street but emotional it only cover the back of the cars and every time I contact the customer service they say can’t help me with it because the setting for the camera it’s been set up to not enter to neighbours which didn’t make sense. I don’t have anything in front of my house a part of the street and big massive field I have changed the camera Just in case if it’s a camera problem and I face exactly the same problem the emotional it only cover the back of the cars so the front of the cars does not cover. It doesn’t make sense the camera showing the full drive and all the car cover but emotional it will not change And only cover the back of the cars So really there are many waste if you have any problem somebody done something to the car or somebody crashed your car you can view it or see what happened because Nick gonna record that bit because there’s no emotional to it

Absolute scam of a company, will never use again and regret the day I ever downloaded it on terrible football outing in Birmingham, the specific car park in question was ‘small heath medical centre’ we found of the app which described it as ‘parking for match days only’ so we thought perfect only a short walk through the dirty streets of Birmingham to get to the stadium this’ll do, once the game finished we returned to our vehicle to find the gates padlocked shut, after calling the number on the gate they said they haven’t got any contract or any agreement with any 3rd party to provide parking at any time and that we’d have to pay a call out fee of £40 for someone to come out and open the gate and taking into consideration it was 11:30 at this point and we needed to drive back to north wales we really didn’t have any other options but to pay the fee for a call out. Once back home I began emailing the company persistently in order to resolve the issue, eventually after a lot of back and forth emails for about a week and a half getting nowhere they said that they did have an agreement with the medical centre but they pulled out at the last min and they forgot to take the parking space off the app (it’s still there to this day to scam more customer btw) and that they’d refund me and reimburse the call out charge, I thought perfect that’s sorted but it wasn’t until I had to email them another 3 times after that threatening legal action and trading standards getting involved when they eventually sent the payment to me. Awful company, shouldn’t be allowed to trade, uninstalled never using again and hope no one else falls for their dirty tricks!

Clever recent changes make it more likely to get a parking ticket - borderline criminal

The app used to be good. Simple to use. I used for for a couple of years. Recent changes make it much less intuitive, perhaps coders sat in a office somewhere who look at nothing all day but this, find it easy. Try using the new look app when you are rushing, in the rain and guess what, you have more on your mind than this app! Then ask yourselves have the new changes made it easier for the user (your primary incline stream), or easier for your parking clients to raise parking fine revenue. Is this a rant? Absolutely. Stung £25 yesterday in MK because the new app requires the user to ‘start the parking session’. Yet sends the text first to say parking session started. The screen also has a ‘started time’ box on left side. Therefore not unreasonable for the user to assume the sessions has started. But no. Apparently not. Hence I’m £25 out of pocket. App developers - please see your changes through the eyes of your CUSTOMERS, in the circumstances they use your product, not through ‘revenue maximised’ eyes. What’s was a v useful product now feels like partnership with the parking location owners to rip off or trick the end customer. Not the most enduring business model I’ve ever seen. Rant over. Frustration remains!

Ignore the 1 star reviews. This app is so easy to use that I actually look for parking locations which support it.This is a polished, well thought out app that makes messing about with ancient parking paynent terminals a thing of the past. No queuing to pay, no digging around for change (and getting annoyed at having to overpay because the machine doesn't give change), no frustration when the card swiper doesn't work. The app supports Apple Watch and Live Activities on phones which support it so a quick glance at either is all that's needed to see how long you have left. Alerts let you know when the time is almost up.Other reviewers have complained that the app charges a few pence on top of the advertised parking rates. This is an unfair criticism as the app itself is free so the developers make their money via this tiny charge. Considering how useful the app is, it's very petty and short-sighted to expect it to be free. I'm sure the developers could harvest and sell on all your personal data and / or bombard you with annoying adverts instead (making the app less slick in the process) but paying the odd 20p extra to avoid that nonsense is more than worth it.Someone else complained that they paid for parking then changed their mind and were annoyed that they couldn't end the session early in the app. This is no different to any parking meter controlled system so isn't a fair criticism of RingGo.So, keep up the great work guys, your app is head and shoulders above the other parking apps and a pleasure to use.
