Every time I fear not being able to get into a document or loosing a document or I need to open a document or pattern I’ve bought online I always open it with Adobe then it’s as easy as 123 including opening the app later to refer back to whatever I was looking at/for. I can either open the document & read all of it or whichever part I wish to refer to or I can drop a copy in an email out to myself. Whichever way it definitely makes my life easier and is there any more you can ask from what is essentially a free service. Ultimately if I find I ever need to create pdfs then there’s only one company I would turn to. So Cheers everyone at Adobe for making my life just that little bit easier 🍻

This APP is a complete SCAM. My bank stops all of their payments yet they try and take different amounts every day to try and get something off me. Your reply is we don’t issue refunds isn’t the problem?? The problem is Barclays fraud department rang me months ago to ask if I wanted this App payment to go through so they’re aware of you trying to take peoples money - for me every few days for the past cpl of months. My account has lapsed and you’re STILL trying to take my money. You even try different amounts. Yesterday you tried twice. You are SCAMMERS. You trick people offer a trial period but if anyone chooses a monthly Membership then before the 14 days when people believe they’re having a trial, you take the full annual membership as there’s no free trial for monthly. Your answer there are no APP refunds. I don’t care this is not about me getting a refund! I’m ringing fraud again today even though you’re on their radar. STOP TRYING TO TAKE MONEY! You’re blocked by my bank! I don’t have an account with you it’s finished. Who are you? What legitimate business tries to take money every day. It’s not the fact that you’re getting the money from me but the fact that you keep trying and it comes up on my screen every time. I’m reporting you to Apple and anyone I can. I don’t need a refund NOT THE PROBLEM?

Don’t be fooled thinking this is a professional app! It’s NOT!

There are so many reason to look for another PDF editing app. There are so many features that others have that adobe don’t. For example, you can make a fillable form in Acrobat for Mac OS but those features will not work on and iOS device or iPadOS. Example, photos, I need to add a photo to my form that was designed in Acrobat DC on my mac, using my mac I can add a photo! But using iPad os or iOS this feature doesn’t work! I can hardly carry my mac around to add photos to my forms! The app is an optimised to use a mouse with it, you can only use your finger! It is also not optimised to use an Apple Pencil with it either, again most features were only Work with your finger. You can only open up one PDF at a time, come on Adobe this is 2026! You are also unable to add a signature to a signature box, as this feature doesn’t work either. And please don’t ask me Adobe to go on and report these on your community forums, and your feedback forms! As I have been doing this for the past four years and still nothing has happened. Three years ago you promised to add multiple tabs feature, this still hasn’t happened! Professional company my….
Decent but features being removed

The app works well enough, though it can be a bit slow to load documents at times. This was my main pdf reader (I read a lot of pdfs) and used it between my desktop, phone and iPad, but I am now switching to another reader since Adobe announced they will be discontinuing Adobe cloud (which I currently pay for as part of a photoshop subscription - no word of the subscription going down when they remove this service, obviously). It’s really frustrating that Adobe have chosen to remove this service. I would have continued to use Acrobat otherwise.
