I am extremely frustrated with Ticketmaster’s ongoing technical issues. For months, I have repeatedly received the message “Your browsing activity has been paused due to unusual behavior” despite using the platform normally.I have followed every single step suggested to resolve this issue:I am signed into my account, I have changed Wi-Fi and cellular networks, I have switched devices and I have tried different locationsNone of these actions have fixed the problem. The issue persists consistently and without explanation!!! This is completely unacceptable for a ticketing platform that customers rely on for high-demand events. Being blocked from browsing for months, with no clear reason and no effective solution, makes the service unreliable and stressful to use—especially when tickets sell out within minutes.Ticketmaster needs to take responsibility for these recurring errors and provide a real fix, not generic automated messages that do nothing to resolve the issue. Until this is addressed, I cannot recommend using this platform. Please fix this issue. 🤞

I have 2 concert tickets I wanna get one of them have almost sold out I have little chance of getting a ticket and now I can’t purchase anything because the screen won’t load you need to fix this now and I have read other reviews this is not just happening to me. You need to fix this fast or your going to lose a lot of people. None of us using the app can get tickets now I can log in I can search the concert I want to go to but when it comes to loading the available tickets they don’t load it’s really disappointing and I’m a massive fan of these 2 groups which is Ateez and Stray Kids I’m a massive K-pop fan. I swear if I can’t go to these concerts because of your stupid app not working I’m not going to be happy. Fix this now please for mine and others sakes and even your own because you’ll lose people and this app will then flop and I doubt you want that.UPDATE: decided to delete the app and redownload to see if that would work but now I can’t even log in like other people thanks a lot please get this fixed

I purchased tickets in February for Neighbourhood Weekender. I purchased these though Viagogo, l didn’t get my tickets, they told me it was transferred to Ticketmaster. I go no help from Ticketmaster telling me l need to contact Viagogo. I spent 2 hours on the phone trying to sort this out. I’ve ended up having to get a refund from Viagogo and repurchase tickets from Ticketmaster. Then couldn’t get the tickets downloaded, this has been such a ridiculous experience. Nobody wants to help, I’ve done so many screenshots for Viagogo, they’re hopeless. Then thought I’d get better service from Ticketmaster but they won’t assist in my need for getting a Barcode for my ticket. I just get told go on the Website. I’m going to a gig in a field and internet access will not be available. Each time I try to go on the app it tells me this app is not valid anymore download the new app. I’ve ended up deleting the app l have and hopefully the new app will work. 4 hours of my day trying to get tickets this is appalling customer support.

I spent days of my life trying to work out why this app wouldn’t let me buy new tickets and my account had been paused. The help service is only FAQs and the “contact us” form is poorly designed to deal with these issues. I have no idea why my account was flagged with a generic activity paused notice and what’s more, the time-limited attempt to verify my id, from Ticketmaster, with a third party system came, not via their verified app, but via an email that looks like a PHISHING email! This kind of link and info needs to clear and up front IN YOUR APP. That’s even if it’s just to say… we’ve sent you a verification email so at least I know it’s genuine! My account has now been permanently prevented from new purchases. Not to worry though, I’ll be using every other outlet I can to avoid using your frustrating app. Whilst I appreciate your attempts to keep accounts safe, your app isn’t up to the functionality it needs for genuine users … sort it out.
