Voy is a real all round package of support. I tried another supplier and all they did after passing me for suitability was send out the monjaro pen every 4 weeks or when I requested it. It could only be picked up at certain stores or posted at additional cost.Voy posts out, at no additional cost, there’s a neat carry case, antiseptic wipes and a sharps disposal bin all included. There’s the option to download the app, where you can input your weight and the days you inject and track your progress. This is really helpful. There’s a podcast at the beginning to tell you the mechanics of what to expect, you can ask for advice on side effects and there’d are coached to help you set sensible eating goals during your weight loss journey. You must change the way you eat, or if you go off the injections you will put the weight back on, that’s a fact, it happened to me. Voy helps you with this and it’s a bit like having an online slimming world at your disposal to give you advice on nutrition as you are going.You also get great discounts if you refer a friend.Voy is the future and makes the other system I tried, pale in comparison.

Firstly, it’s a nice app that’s really well presented and laid out well. Information is easy to access and finding out information about the medication and plans is very simple. However, I was enticed by Voy due to its coaching aspect and someone is there to help you through and support you on a weekly basis. I had an initial chat with a dietitian who I thought would regularly check in with me and chat weekly about what goals I need to do and what to implement. But, there’s been nothing. I haven’t had any “check-ins” by my Dietician or follow ups to my initial meeting with her. I’m a bit disappointed with that as it’s one of the big reasons I wanted to use Voy. However, I do have access to the weekly updates within the app, I just feel that the full picture of having “Support and Guidance throughout” is sort of accurate, but not entirely.Update:I was given a new dietician that was really lovely and supportive. I had a week of back and forth messages on WhatsApp’s and felt really positive again. However, that also slowed down a bit and I haven’t heard anything really other than the AI chatbot from messaging. Still not convinced on this side if you ask me. The service itself is great and professional, just think the support bit, which was the selling point for me, isn’t what it’s meant to be. I’ll continue to use the service as I think it’s a good all-rounder package. Like the presentation, tracking etc.

I have mobility issues which are divulged when you go through the assessment as to why … unfortunately the app is very much Ai which isnt all that intelligent and subsequently comments offers of advice were not tailored to the user but expect you to be lazy rather than have a mobility issue and suggest exercises not suitable if your a wheelchair user this is slightly offensive and clearly unhelpful. I have gained 15kg since surgery as a result of not being able to be active for several months. Theres an assumption everyone is clearly is inactive and should walk no options for wheels just steps.Also asking questions i was better of in a facebook group asking my question than the app. Ultimately your paying a premium for the support for the injections i have decided after my first few weeks i al better of in the facebook group which is free and ive spent £9.99 on floor pilates a monthly subscription and a pt session once a month to help and im still saving myself £30. Its a nice idea but it js very much ai and it doesnt remember thinhs you have said which isnt helpful and it it was a person not listening this would be damaging for someone of a journey of weightloss. Nausea is normal for the first few weeks and you can find low carb recipes easily on google focus on protein and hydration and you will do amazing ive used carb manager to do my macros and that has been the most helpful app along with pilates.

I have had no issues with Voy at all! (royal mail have been a little slow here and there but that’ll be the same with any company). they are there 24/7 for support, yes- some of it might be AI- but if you need further help, they will provide that either through chat or on the phone. Voy has helped me to shed that bit of weight that I have been trying to get rid of for years. It is definitely on the more expensive side but I do 100% think it’s definitely worth it- especially as someone who is a bit anxious around medication. I’m on my third month and i am so happy with my results (i am down 10kg, I am an active 21 year old so this should’ve been easy to shift on my own but i really struggled, but Voy helped me get it off with all of their help!)- I’m going on my first holiday and graduation this year and I can’t wait to be happy with how i look, rather than trying to hide myself, thank you, Voy! If you’re considering mounjaro or wegovy to help you on your journey- do it! I’ve had minimal side effects on mounjaro and I feel great in myself!! 🫶🏼
