Contacted them when I received a PCN after paying for parking on their app. They couldn’t have been more helpful. I’d appealed the PCN on line with the Car park management company (you can’t speak to them) but not had confirmation that my appeal was upheld. Park Bunny provided me with all the supporting evidence I needed to support my appeal and confirmed that the Car Park Management Company also had that data.
