Fast app but account lacks basic features

I opened an LHV current account due to the relatively high interest paid on balances (for a current account). It was great to discover that the app is very quick, smooth, and easy to use with minimal interface clutter. However, what was not so great was to discover that it is not possible to set up standing order payments (still true at time of writing in late Dec. 2025), which I consider to be a basic must-have feature of a current account, hence only 3 stars overall. If/when standing orders are supported, I’ll update my review.

Waste of time

Normally when you open personal current account with uk bank they only ask for id , proof of address, personal bank statement etc. all the proceed takes roughly 1-3 days . I’ve provided my id, personal bank account statement, proof of address etc even my business bank account statement, My company’s verified certificate from HMRC but they keep asking same questions & documents again & again. It’s been more than 20 days. I’m just disappointed. I don’t understand what’s going on !
