I download this app within 48 hours. I was notified that someone else had signed into my account. I contacted the customer service team because I was unable to update my password - there is no option to do this within the app settings , despite customer service email stating there is. I was sent a link by customer service services to reset my password. The minute I clicked on that link I received a load of spam within my Outlook calendar that I am unable to delete !

I signed up to look for a makeup and hair stylist for my wedding day, as well as other services I’ll need soon. Unfortunately, this has been one of the most frustrating apps I’ve used.I’ve spent nearly half an hour trying to log in, only to be sent in circles with email links that keep taking me back to the same page. It’s been a complete waste of time.Please improve the login process—it should be straightforward and user-friendly.
