Squeezy has been designed by chartered, NHS physiotherapists specialising in men's health. It is suitable for all men who should be doing pelvic floor muscle exercises (also known as Kegel exercises). Men should only be doing these exercises if they have symptoms (like leaking) or before and after a prostatectomy. The app is particularly aimed at men who are seeing a specialist physiotherapist for problems connected to their bladder, bowels or pelvic floor muscles, as it can be tailored to a specific exercise programme and set to remind you when to do your exercises. Having pelvic floor muscles that are working well can help with premature ejaculation, erectile dysfunction and urinary incontinence. It is simple to use, discreet, informative and has helpful visual and audio prompts to support your exercise programme. Also, it maintains a record of the number of exercises you have completed. Features: • Customisable exercise plan • "Professional mode" to help physiotherapists set detailed exercise plans for patients • Visual, and audio prompts for exercises • Information and tips written by men's health physiotherapists • Graphs to track and monitor your progress • Write a short note after a completed exercise • Bladder diary to keep track of your symptoms, if required • Simple and clear interface The app is UKCA marked as Class I medical device in the United Kingdom and developed in compliance with Medical Devices Regulations 2002 (SI 2002 No 618, as amended).

  • Squeezy is a mobile application designed to help users perform pelvic floor muscle exercises correctly and consistently, following NICE‑aligned exercise plans supplied in the app or customised by a pelvic health physiotherapist.

It supports self‑management of pelvic floor dysfunction by providing reminders, visual/audio guides, exercise plans, and progress tracking.

Squeezy is also available in Squeezy Connect and Squeezy Maternity, allowing clinicians to monitor adherence and provide targeted support.
  • Safety Information
  • Contraindications
Squeezy should not be used as a substitute for professional medical evaluation in cases of:

    Unexplained pelvic pain
    Acute urinary retention
    Significant pelvic trauma
    Conditions requiring urgent care
Users uncertain about beginning pelvic floor exercises should seek clinical advice first.
    Warnings & Precautions
If exercises cause pain or worsening symptoms, stop and seek clinical advice.
Exercise plans should be customised when provided by a clinician; incorrect exercise intensity may worsen symptoms.
Squeezy is not a diagnostic tool.
Users should follow physiotherapy guidance if exercises have been prescribed as part of supervised treatment.
Adherence improvements are common (with over a 90% increase in exercise frequency reported). Though outcomes can vary, surveys show that the majority of our users experience improvements in their condition.
