Tickets are expensive, but this is stated up front and is in line with other re-sellers which I looked at. When I booked for Download festival I was nervous I wouldn’t get the tickets. Received an email a few days before telling me to log into ticket master to receive my tickets and it worked perfectly. No complaints from me and I would definitely use again. I don’t normally write reviews, but seeing the negative comments on other reviews I felt it was important to give feedback to others about my own experience.

Viagogo is a scam website, fraudulently selling fake and non-existent tickets with 40% non-refundable purchase fees.If you are an actual seller they can hide your tickets so they won’t sell for any arbitrary reason that they decide just to manipulate market prices or whatever reason they are doing it, plus add a 30% selling fee to the price of your listing without informing you(despite explicitly stating that the price you choose to list for is the price it will list at), if you do manage to sell the tickets for that inflated price then the buyer pays the 40% fees on top of their listed purchase price as well so both of you are paying exorbitant fees.The app has many faults when attempting to download tickets bought. Most common is that tickets don’t arrive until the gates open at an event and then they are not accepted at the venue. Also, major app issues when trying to sell your tickets and the ‘live chat’ is a scripted bot that doesn’t help. If a sale does happen (at a much lower amount for you than the actual value of the tickets due to the ludicrously inflated fees which may be roughly 45% of what the buyer actually pays for them which you are not warned about) then you will have to wait 5-8 days after the event for your small slice of the money back despite uploading the tickets in advance and nothing being in your control. They are organised scammers. DO NOT USE viagogo

I paid for my tickets to see Chris Isaac in early July. I was also led to believe on Viagogo’s site that they would become available the week prior to the concert. They didn’t appear so I emailed them to be informed that they would be available to download of the afternoon of the concert. I wasn’t happy with this and informed Antonia their nominated representative. I then requested to speak to her supervisor to be informed …..surprise surprise that my tickets would made available earlier - the morning of the concert which was the 13th August. Whoopie do they were letting me have tickets that I had paid for in full weeks earlier.I subsequently discovered that I had paid well over the odds via PayPal for my two tickets and now in the process of trying to get some of my money back from Viagogo or dodgy supplier they use. My tickets should of cost me £70 each and Viagogo charged me over £270…. !Subsequently looking through this company’s reviews I notice that they have been able to rip individuals off for a longtime by dodging the bullets. However, I feel they need to be thoroughly investigated as in essence what they are currently doing is robbing individuals. Worse still is they are being permitted to get away with it by an ineffective protection system.My advice is to stay well away from Viagogo and look at alternative safer sites offering tickets at sensible prices.

I had the exact same experience as the revue above. Paid over the odds for Liam Gallagher tickets and was still trying to sort receiving them till the day I was going. (Had to buy another pair from another site) I thought I’d be covered that’s why I went with them but they told me the same thing in every call and email, your covered for a full refund if you don’t receive them. I asked for them to resend the email from the seller (which they said had been sent) but for some reason the system wouldn’t allow it. I then when to my bank to make a dispute and they are acting like I never spoke to them and I’m trying to make money on tickets I received and used. The worst company in the world, false support and no help whats so ever even though I called them 12 times the run up week to the gig. So stressful and ruined my partners birthday gift. Don’t give these your money!!!!!
