I’ve been using this app many years now, I do have automatic updates than I don’t bother to update it when I’m in the queue. I use a lot for click and collect, I order before I reach the branch I’m around, now apple pay is working fine ( before I had to put my card details for every order ), in 2 minutes I can order and it’s great. I usually use their offers which are great plus points for every order. I never stay on queue to order, I have to wait to collect it what usually takes it around 5-6 minutes. Before I pop in, I checked in on app and they start already my order. I only wish they have a order history in app as if I go out from the order I can’t find my order no anymore, except if they send to me email, but I haven’t received email for every order, than now I always make a print screen of order no. It will be useful if they’ll ad a order history with the codes to pick up your order.Or if you forget something and you want to add another order, you have to print screen first order no, go out and place another order, but previous order you can’t check in anymore or check the order no. I’ve learned from my mistakes, but it will be great if can you add a order history. Rest, it’s a great app
Bad customer service
KFC issue
The app ordering was very easy, however the service at the restaurant counter was appalling. I understand customer service can be a tough job and some days you can’t be bothered and customer service is the least of your problems. BUT the service I received was not of an unhappy worker…I walked in to pick up my order, stood at the counter where two employees were standing with their backs to me….thats fine. BUT then they both turned to me then turned back and snickered to each other then continued to ejnore me for several mins. Eventually one of them turned back to me, looked at my phone that was resting on the counter, got my meal then dropped it one the counter without saying a word. I said thank you, he turned back to his co worker who he obviously more interested in. I don’t think a “hello” “how are you” or a standard “thank you” is to much to ask. I don’t know what it is about this team valley site but the service or the food is not what I paid for. The only excellent service I’ve received from team valley is when I ordered on the app and got it delivered.
Don’t use app: no food and no refund

Ordered via app, app failed during check in process. Consequently, it didn’t generate an order number, and without that the restaurant had no record of my order. But, I got a notification from my bank confirming that the transaction had been authorised. I was told that I would have to wait for my bank to issue refund (everyone knows that this can take several days). And no food, unless I ordered again. What made matters worse was the restaurant manager told me there had been a problem with the app for more than 2 weeks (presumably due to the upgrade to iOS 17). I asserted that KFC should be sorting out the problem after 2 hours of the issue being identified. And, a warning to customers not to use the app until essential maintenance had been completed… sorry for the inconvenience. The restaurant manager kept telling me that the website was operated by a third party and was nothing to do with KFC. What? The manager neither exercised any degree of customer care, nor cared the slightest about the reputation of the franchise. On the way home, I was upset that I pulled over in a lay-by. The app was still open on my phone, it refreshed and there was the elusive order number. I went back to the restaurant, inside, and eventually got my food. Whilst the purpose here is to review the app, the food itself was disgusting. It tasted of a mixture between recycled packaging formed from garbage and palm oil. Whatever happened to the Colonel’s authentic recipe. He must be turning over in his grave…

Exceptional - attention to detail was outstanding- Kumar (maybe manger or counter assistant) ensured my order was placed correctly as my phone battery was draining away and struggling to push the order through. He was so patient - understanding and listened very well. That welcome was truly marvellous and felt a valued customer! Did not make me feel undervalued! Before packing my order rechecked and made sure it was allCorrect and nicely packed and served. That I was blown away with as normal staff (possibly at times) rush everything and try and get u out quickly. I also mentioned how clean the store was and could relax and wait comfortably. BTW music was very good! Keep it up:)👏Pls Pls doCommend him and team as they all worked brilliantly and food was fresh and nicely packed. I did mention Selva and Rafina who served me yesterday Wednesday evening and were superb as well! So he was aware I am a very loyal regular customer. So pls do compliment the staff and teams.
