Best app and great for cyclists!
Top app, great to use in Apple wallet and also they send email. I use this app to book all my rail tickets, regardless of what company the fragmented privatised nonsensical rail system in Britain forces us to use. London NW are the best, the app is easy to use, the staff are great, they are cycle friendly.
2nd review - generally works well.
Since my first review, this app has improved and generally works well. It will not store the ticket in Apple Wallet and so you have to click through various screens to display the ticket and then click back out to get details of departures. If the App crashes or freezes, you cannot retrieve your ticket (resulting in a missed train as I could not get through the gates, until I could get the app working). If you do not have connection to the net, this can prove difficult. PLEASE add the ability to add ticket to Apple Wallet. Better yet, NFC. Has stopped working / syncing on the travel card which I once used and replacement was no better.
My go to train app
I always use NWT to book my trains, not only are the tickets available on the app but they are sent via email as well meaning I can save them in my wallet. Very happy with the app
