Our company moved to Moorepay recently and our first payslip was delayed. In our second month with Moorepay they hadn’t processed our employee pension contributions, so they have had to be pushed to next month. And then this month no payslips again apart from his some obscure link to the payroll site itself. The app / site doesn’t show the payslips at all

Absolutely terrible. It has been bad from the start of using it going back at least a year. Sick to the back teeth about the constant crashing and then the infuriating pass phrase change that is “Required”. Really, most other sites know that if you pick a strong pass phrase instead of a password then tweak parts of it to conform to numbers, letters & special characters, you have a potentially very good phrase that is easy to remember and also very hard to crack.Get your act together Moorepay or pass on the access to wage slips to a proper business that knows what it is to do to allow access and keep security.

As an employee this is useful and has good features.Problems as mentioned in previous reviews still seem to exist:Regularly you are logged out and have to sign in again. The setting for biometrics (Face ID) doesn’t stick and you have to remember to check it again once logged in.When looking at dates on a specific month on the calendar, it sends you back to the present month, which is frustrating and confusing.Apart from these gripes it’s not too bad.

Have to reset password every time I use the app. This then starts a whole process of having to access a different email address to then create a new password(one I have never used before) which ultimately will result in me going through the whole process again when I next want to see my pay…The online version is no better. One mistake on the password and your account locks and you begin the dreaded loop AGAIN!
