TestFlight makes it easy to test beta versions of iOS, tvOS and watchOS apps and App Clips, then provide valuable feedback to developers before they release their apps on the App Store. Developers invite testers through email or a public link.

When you test a beta app or App Clip, Apple collects and sends crash logs, usage information and any feedback you submit to the developer. The developer may use this information to improve their app and related products. Apple may use crash logs and usage information to improve our products and services.

Amazing idea, a few annoying limitations.

I LOVE beta testing. I test quite a few apps on TestFlight. it’s easy to update, easy to start and stop testing and easy to give feedback to the devs of whatever app. TF is great. I have a couple annoyances though:
-The tester limits. It’d be nice to have at least double the testers at once than now (currently 10k).
-The build expirations. This makes some sense, but please extend it to 120 days at least.
Still, great app! Thanks Apple.

Great to have the possibility to contribute to new versions of apps

I have been a contributor to TestFlight for years. I am not sure at what point the old reviews got erased, but it seems that everything is starting again from scratch. So, as a new review: “it is great that so many developers continue to develop for this platform, and I am very happy to continue to help them to bring to the market the best app that they can”.

Testing Berry Cherry

I’ve tested a few versions now using test flight. The good: very easy to get updates and easy to send reports back to the developers. Test Flight saves your progress and in app purchases between versions, which is necessary. It would be even better if the tester were given the an option to reinitialise the game, to facilitate testing of a players first encounter with the game.
