Missing ability to claim reimbursement
This app has a clean and useful interface. Easy to see my balances at a glance, and I can see my card details for each balance.
I was hoping to be able to claim reimbursement via the app, like I can do on the mobile website. Most of my expenditure happens outside of ThanksBen, so I often need to claim reimbursement for this on a monthly basis. I hope this is coming soon, as I still need to use the mobile website for this.
The icing on the cake would be Apple Pay integration, so I can add my card to my wallet from within the app. Definitely not essential as I can add the card manually, but would simplify the process.
Keeps crashing
The app once downloaded keeps crashing meaning you can't access any information. I'd avoid this until the developers have sorted this out
Doesn’t work
I can’t even log into the app to see if it is any good as once I type my email, the login button doesn’t work
