Two short check-ins a week. See how your school compares the next day, and earn points towards rewards from providers across the sector.
Triptelligence® is a free app for the UK school staff who run everything that happens outside the classroom: educational visits, residentials, sports fixtures, clubs, music and trips.
The sector has never had proper numbers to point to. Triptelligence gives you them.
TWO SHORT CHECK-INS A WEEK
Five quick questions, twice a week, about what your school is actually doing. It takes a couple of minutes.
BENCHMARKS THE NEXT DAY
See the results the following day and compare your setting against schools like yours. Real, segmented data on visits, co-curricular activities and fixtures, not vague sector trends.
POINTS AND REWARDS
Every check-in earns points. Points unlock offers, discounts and prize draws from providers across the sector. The more you contribute, the more you get back.
BUILT FOR THE PEOPLE DOING THE WORK
Teachers, EVCs, visit leaders, sports coaches and support staff. You verify your school when you sign up, so the numbers come from people who are genuinely doing this.
FREE, AND NO STUDENT DATA
There is no cost to schools and no catch. We never collect student data.
A VOICE FOR THE SECTOR
Your check-ins feed the biggest dataset on educational visits ever assembled in the UK. That evidence is what the sector uses to make the case for time, funding and support.
SIGN IN IN SECONDS
Use your school email, Google, Microsoft or Apple. No password to remember.
ALSO IN THE APP
News and views from across the sector, curated for UK school staff.
CPD and course content you can browse by topic and role.
A referral code to share with colleagues, worth bonus points to both of you.
Notifications when a new check-in goes live.
Offline support, so you can check in without a signal and it syncs when you are back online.
