Option to update account information
Lovely app, but you should consider adding an option to enable users to edit/update their account information such as phone number, email address,… in your next update
I’m having issues registering
I was using the old app perfectly when I received a notification which directed me to uninstall that one and download this new one. I did as it said and I’ve not been able to register my account. The account I use on the old app isn’t recognized in the new app. Anytime I try to register, it says my Ghana card isn’t in their records meanwhile it was this same Ghana card I used to create my bank account in 2021. There was an option in the new app which directed me to link my Ghana card. The link was successful but anytime I enter my Ghana card to register the account, it keeps saying my Ghana card isn’t in their records.
However, the G-Money works perfectly
I’ve sorted for assistance on the bank account registering and I’m yet to receive any.
Depositing problem
I do not have account at GCB but I have downloaded the GCB app , please how can I deposit money through my registration, also an account number was not provided for me to use that number as a reference or channel for me to do deposit. How can I deposit money with you app
